It is easy to share. On the Home tab, just click on the day that you want to comment on:
That will take you to the post for that day and you can enter your SOAP in the box under "Post a Comment". What is SOAP? Check out the SOAP tab.
Once you have finished commenting, select the drop down for "Comment as:" and choose:
And that is all there is to it.
